DMX Grand Master D

The DMX Grand Master provides in line modification of DMX channel levels. Individual channels or blocks of channels can be proportionally reduced or boosted by a user settable percentage or channels can be blocked completely.

Proportionally decrease channel
Proportionally increase channel levels
Block channel levels
Grand Master all channels or unaltered channels

Large control systems have the ability to alter channel levels through out the memory range. Simpler controllers (as used in permanent installations) tend not to so if a fixture is changed the entire plot will have to be re-recorded. The Grand Master can get around this problem by limiting or boosting a changed fixture’s level through out the entire plot.
